Form Explained:
1. Email/Name: (or platform url, used to reference in posting)
2. Commission type: (bust sketch, half-body, rendered full body, etc)
3. Request details: (give me an art brief; what would you like? Facial expressions, clothing, mood, colors, personality etc would go here. You can also give me free range!)
4. References: (photos, models, celebrities, moodboards, inspirational photos, detailed written description, etc, but visuals are far more preferred. I’m super visual so the more visual refs, the better. Refs are a must, even if they aren't exact.)

✧ Half of payment must be paid and idea agreed before work beginsHEADS UP
✧ Payment is done via Paypal in USD
✧ 5% will be added to the total to cover Paypal fees
✧ If I feel uncomfortable drawing something, I am allowed to say no. Just ask if you’re unsure about a subject.
✧ I ask that by commissioning me you agree to giving me as much time as I need/see fit to finish the commission. I have many personal things I have to deal with daily so I can’t promise a commission to be done in a day or two, sorry. However, the typical turn around time is between 1 to 3 weeks (depending on complexity, revisions, life, etc)✧ If you have a deadline, I ask that you let me know up front. Please let me know as soon as you contact me whether or not you have a deadline. Deadlines have a fee if they are before 1 week’s time. (fee changes depending on how soon you need it)

I WILL DECLINE . . .

→ Any promotion of deviant/illegal sexual acts (i.e. rpe, child prn, etc), sexism, abuse, etc
→ Whatever I’m not comfortable with. Just ask, as I’m pretty open about things
* Canon, original characters, animals, anime, furry, humans, supernatural, fantasy; there’s not much I’m not willing to try! I will give things a go but please understand there may be some things I don’t feel my skill can cover.. but I’ll let you know!!* I am comfortable with most NSFW art but you need to talk to me first
* I am most familiar with any fandoms I’m a part of (Mass Effect, Dragon Age, Witcher, Dungeons and Dragons, etc). However, there are many others I know of and would not have a problem trying, so again, just ask!

Additional charges may be applied for work that goes beyond the scope of that is considered in the calculated base prices.2) Clear and concise visual references and/or text description (detailed) of a commission idea must be provided by the Client. After which a preliminary quote will be provided by the Artist. Things like models or original photographs are suggested (i.e. celebrities that may look like them, images that remind you of them, “aesthetics”, etc).3) Half of payment must be made before a messy preliminary sketch is provided. Work will begin once the idea is agreed and payment is received in full or half. Payment plans are available for commissions above $250.4) If the artwork is finished before final payments are made, the Client will not receive the original paint/drawing or unwatermarked digital image of the commission until final payments are made.5) Clients are encouraged to take the opportunity to request revisions in the preliminary stages until they are satisfied, for all applicable commissions. However, if revisions are requested excessively, it will result in additional charges after 3 pivotal revisions (for ex: piece is already being rendered, but Client requests a completely different pose, completely different outfit, etc). Small changes like changing the color of something, position of something, etc, does not count. Discretion of what is pivotal is up to the Artist.6) If the Client wishes to cancel their commission during or after the coloring stage (after the sketch was approved and at least half payment was received) they will not be issued a refund. This is what the sketching/preliminary stage is for. The half payment is a non-refundable deposit to protect the Artist/compensate them for what work has been done. There are no refunds for completed/near-completed works.7) The Artist will discuss a commission only through private notes via Tumblr, Instagram, ArtStation, email, or any other platforms given by the Artist.8) The Artist reserves the right to issue a refund or cancel a commission due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, or inability to communicate effectively.9) The Artist ensures the Client will receive updates on commissions when necessary (if questions or uncertainty about how something is looking arises, etc). However, by agreeing to these terms and commissioning the Artist, the Client is accepting to give the Artist as much time as necessary on a piece. How much time is needed will be decided by the Artist and presented to the Client. Time windows can vary, but it’s typically anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks (depending on project size, etc).10) The Artist will not handle depiction of illegal activities, or hateful images. NSFW commissions should be discussed. Non-explicit fetish, artistic nudity, violence, gore, and humorously offensive work will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The Artist reserves the right to reject any commission for any reason.11) The Artist retains the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, or journal. If the commissioned work is a time-sensitive gift the Artist may delay public showcase at the request of the Client.12) The Artist retains ALL the rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to make prints and merchandise. Image rights can be negotiated for an added fee.13) The Client retains all rights to their respective characters. This does not allow them rights to the commissioned image (see articles 15 and 16).14) The Client may not profit from the artwork, or partake in the sale of copies or prints. This includes the sale of the digital files, or rights to the image.15) The Client may create prints for personal use only (display in their home or as gifts, not profit). Client may also resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format as personal use, but the Client cannot alter the artwork itself, and credit must be visible. The Client may also upload the artwork to their personal website or gallery, but credit is mandatory, and it must not be an unwatermarked version of the artwork.16) The Artist may recycle sketches and preparatory works that were rejected by the Commissioner for other commissions or personal works.17) The Client must read, understand and agree to all above terms before entering into an agreement with the Artist.
